We received this email announcement from the residents of Tam Two:

We at Tam2 required last Friday a garbage service of only one gray cart!  This is a result of our collective composting efforts.

After our nine residents were informed of the High Cost of EACH garbage bin taken out every week, compost containers (with compostable bags) were purchased by RVEHA and this is the impressive result.

Now, the challenge will be at Tam One, where we have extra garbage due to the chef’s kitchen.  But the challenge is on!
