It’s not easy to cook for nearly 20 people.  It’s even harder to Please 20 People!

Yet, our cooks Martin and Ben are doing a wonderful job of cooking and relating to all Tam residents.  Here’s what some are saying:

Thanks for passing on to Ben how highly all of us at Tam Two regarded his cooking while he stepped in for vacationing Martin.

During all 7+ days that he took lead in the kitchen, we continued to benefit from the high standards of taste, variety, and thoughtful preparation of our dinners.
